Is Donald Trump a Time Traveller?

Time-traveling has always been an amusing topic to talk about, traveling between different places in different time periods, knowing about the future and rewinding past events has gained popularity among the people of the science fiction community. This time these theories have been buzzing around Donald Trump who is the United States 45th president and his son Barron Trump. People claim that Donald Trump is a time traveller, but since they don’t have any proof of him owning any time machine, they extracted those proofs from a century-old novel written by Ingersoll Lockwood.

Who was Ingersoll Lockwood and why is there so much fuss about his work?

 Ingersoll Lockwood was an American author and a lawyer, his novels naming Baron Trump’s Marvelous Underground Journey and its sequel The Last President were written in 1889 and 1893, they remained dormant until 2017 when some fiction theorists out there found similarities between the main character of these novels and the 45th President of America after then it received media attention, these books have thoroughly been discussed on social platforms such as Reddit and 4chan. The main topic for gossip is not only the similarities between the Book’s character and Donald Trump, but the most curious thing about it is Trump is a ‘Time Traveller’.

When these books were rediscovered in 2017, the internet users and the people in the media highlighted the similarities that were vividly present between America’s President and the protagonist. The character Baron Trump in the novel has the same name as Donald Trump’s younger son. He shares the Quality of our real life President Trump. Jamie Fuller stated that the character is shown to be restless and easily gets himself into trouble and anyone around him, he insults the people he meets, has a massive brain, and finds it difficult to give individual human beings respect, which is what Donald Trump is famous for. Chris Riotta states in Newsweek the character began his journey in Russia, and we all know that how Donald Trump was previously pointed out when his inner circle was charged with evading the voting system, it was claimed that he had links with Russian hackers who helped him in winning the election, and according to a static Trump Jr. travels a lot to Russia, and Donald Trump even sold the Palm Beach estate to Russian oligarch Dmitry Rybolovlev. 

This clearly explains that the character who began his journey from Russia and President Donald Trump who has links with Russia are sharing the same ground in this matter. Riotta gave a statement regarding the other book of Ingersoll The Last President, the people of New York were devastated and shocked by the victory of a populist candidate in the elections that were held in 1896, the candidate who won those elections became the reason for the downfall of America. This point is true, people were actually sorrowful when he was elected, Hilary Clinton was expected to win these elections, but the table turned in the end and Trump won, no one believed it, and people were politically educated enough to recognize that this time America came in the wrong hands, and things would no longer be the same.

The book Barron Trump’s Marvelous underground journey runs around the life of a boy named Baron Trump who with his loyal Dog go on some amazing adventures, Trump finds a secret portal and travels in time through it, so the character here shares the same Name as President Donald Trump’s son Baron Trump who was born on March 20, 2006. The other book The Last President which is the sequel of the first book was written 4 years later after its release, this book is about a man who is very wealthy, and lived in New York on 5th Avenue, he ran for Presidentship and won the elections even though no one expected him to win, people were surprised on this. These were the same reaction of the people of America when Donald Trump won, riots and protests were started on his success, the address that was stated in the novel is the address where Trump Tower is located 725 5th Ave, New York, NY 10022  

There is a mentor in this book that Baron Trump gets guidance from and looks up to, his name is Don.

People are also linking these facts to give sense to their speculations regarding the End of the World and the downfall of America. Donald Trump’s mother’s name is Mary and his Father’s Middle name is Christ. And the president himself was born on the night of a Total Lunar eclipse. Which is clearly considered as a sign of bad omen. Ever since Trump came into power America has seen a lot, and they currently are seeing their downfall. Christianity is a religion which widely dominated the U.S, and according to them, we are THAT GENERATION who were said to face the pandemics and irresponsible governments, p.s the end of the world too. A famous inventor Nikola Tesla died of a blood clot in 1943, he claimed to have built a time machine and used it to travel in time, both in the past and the future. Even though his statements were maddening but the U.S government after his death seized his office, took his work, notes, and inventions, and after scanning his work they gave it to the FBI. His office was stated as Office of Alien Property, which could also be called as a property of the enemy, it was present within the government of the U.S during World War I and World War II, and was said to be serving the enemies of the nation, it was an actual government office when they couldn’t figure out Nikola’s work they hired Donald Trump’s grandfather John G. Trump who was an American electrical engineer, he after studying Nikola Tesla’s work and notes said that he couldn’t find anything regarding his work which he could use to keep the government in the dark regarding his inventions. Now people here think that he lied to the government and kept the secret of the time machine to himself and that somehow Donald Trump got his hand on it and used it to travel time, hence, speculated as a time traveller. It was also mentioned that Donald Trump’s uncle John Trump had known Nikola Tesla.

Although these novels and the present events have many things in common, on some areas people have exaggerated such events and made a mess out of them which isn’t even relatable, such as the book contains giant turtles, alternate dimensions, a dog named bulger, and a man who is smiling and is frozen in time. Since these things have no actual connection with Trump, we can assume that not all of the theories out there are worth considering.
