Ingredient List:
3 boneless chicken breasts (around half a kg)
1 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of salt
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp of Mustard powder or all spice powder
2 tablespoons of Flour
1 1/2 cups of flour
Soft seeded burger buns
Mayonnaise or KFC Zinger Sauce
Method:
Prepare your chicken breasts by slicing them into considerable pieces. Then marinate the chicken pieces with the pepper, salt, mustard or all spice powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Leave the chicken overnight for at least 4 hours.
Place the marinated chicken breasts in flour and coat generously. Dip them into cold water, repeat step several times until well coated.
Deep fry the coated chicken pieces in hot oil on a medium flame, until they get crispy golden brown texture.
Slice the buns in half and lightly toast, then stack the burger, with the lettuce at the top, then the chicken and finally the mayonnaise or KFC zinger sauce. Add sliced cheese for indulging yourselves with cheesy bites.
