Quarantine is the need of time. Many of the countries all over the world have used their own strategic plans to endorse social distancing in order to keep people prevented from COVID-19. Some have imposed fines over breaching the measures, some used digital as well as physical advertising campaigns to encourage social distancing. But in Sweden, the city of Lund has come up with its unique style of strategy to combat the pandemic and to ensure the social distancing to be maintained. Lund has used the Chicken poo to be spread in parks so that people would be able to avoid social gatherings.
Lund Council has issued orders to the workers to spread about 1,000 kilograms of chicken manure throughout the park to let the people not crowd to mark public holiday on Thursday.
Authorities believe the unpleasant smell of the poo would help to keep people away from social distancing and gathering in any case.

On Thursday, mayor of the city, Philip Sandberg stated, ” Sweden has taken effective moves of banning gatherings of more than 50 people, we are doing what we can to make it more effective.
“We don’t want to become an epicenter for coronavirus so we are doing what we can to fertilize the lawn and keep people safe,” he added.
Though it has an unpleasant smell, It will be beneficial for the parks as it contains a large amount of phosphorus and nitrogen, so the park will be nice in summer, Sandberg said.
The unique strategy of the country is something different, unlike its European neighbors.
It has not imposed a strict restriction on its people. Shops and restaurants have not been closed so far, though they have been advised to work from homes where they can.
So far, 21,092 cases for COVID-19 have been reported and the death toll has touched the figure 2,586 among its aggregate population, Johns Hopkins University figured out.
